Wonderful breakfast experience for our family on our fall trip to Blue Ridge! Super cute bee-themed inside and out. The service was efficient and friendly, even though they were super busy! We also appreciated that they had a "lighter fare" options as I'm not one that wakes up and can eat a big meal! The French Toast was great - not too dry and not too soggy. They make a solid cup of coffee as well! We love looking for good local, family restaurants when we travel and this was definitely a great find!
Great little spot for classic lunch! Breakfast menu looks great, but I was here for lunch and it was delicious! Super friendly service, clean environment, and is reminiscent of a classic all American diner. Cute decor, quick service and worth the trip!
Good solid breakfast, Waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy and county ham. Waitress did an excellent job and gave us some great suggestions for dinner spots also.
So glad we 'buzzed in' to this little joint! We visited on a Sunday for lunch but both ended up having breakfast. My husband had an omelette, French toast, and fruit. All delicious. I had a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and fruit. Yummy! My biscuit was soft, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. AND the sweet tea was very good. We visit this area 3-4 times a year from out-of-state, but we've never noticed this little cafe . So glad we found it this trip. We will definitely return to BumbleBee's.
From the moment we stepped into Bumblebee’s Cafe, I knew we were in for a treat. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee immediately made me feel at home. I opted for the mouthwatering country fried steak with two eggs which were cooked to perfection, while my wife savored every bite of the scrumptious banana nut pancake. Popped in for some lunch and was not disappointed! I had the tenders with fries and my bf had the Philly with fries. Both were delicious. Would eat here again.
Great food from our trip. Love the breakfast combos kept us coming back multiple days in a row. They ran out of Togo boxes and we got them some from the store, and they took care of us in return. Will be coming back next trip up!
We came in around 1130. Busy place but seated immediately. All of our food was flavorful with excellent portions. Staff is top notch. Will definitely visit again next time we are in town! Reminds me of being a kid in our family restaurant.
